Coach Shruti is a International Trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) with 10+ years of experience in the industry. Coach Shruti is a HR professional of repute and an established entrepreneur. She has worked with Indian and International MNCs of repute and MSMEs.

She has formerly been one of the co-founders of Adynor Technologies Pvt Ltd, which is an e-Learning portal specializing in providing live project based experience to students on a virtual platform created by her Company.
Her expertise lies strongly in researching and practical applications of:

- Entrepreneurship / Leadership Development
As a Neuro-leadership & Business Coach, she has various training experience in various industries, colleges and organizations (of all sizes).

Coach Shruti has completed her MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (Pune, India) and BSc. Environmental Sciences from M.S. University of Baroda (Gujarat, India).

Furthermore, Coach Shruti is a self-taught artist, having discovered her new passion for the arts and crafts since year 2020. Since then, she has created courses for all age groups and introduced Rock Art, Dot Mandala and Art Therapy as part of our new offered courses. She also works as a commissioned artist. She strongly believes that everyone has a potential to succeed and there is no age limit to learning new things.
